🔁 Return/Exchange Policy 

At Marquis Medical we take pride in the quality of the parts we sell and the accuracy of our listings. All parts are inspected, tested, and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in proper working condition.

Marquis Medical accepts product returns for restocking up to 30 days from the original shipment date, subject to the following terms:

• Consumable parts under $500 are not eligible for restock credit.
• A valid RA (Return Authorization) number must be requested within 15 days of the original shipment date.
• Fill out the RA Number Request Form below to obtain your RA number before returning any item.
• Any restock return without an RA number will be processed as an exchange, not a return.

Restock Credit Breakdown:

Unopened items:.................10% restocking fee

Opened items:.....................20% restocking fee

After 30 days:......................No credit issued; part processed as an exchange
