Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom or special-request items may require additional handling time—this will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via FedEx or freight carriers, depending on the size, weight, and sensitivity of the part.
  • Expedited shipping options are available upon request (additional charges may apply).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

Packaging & Handling

  • All items are professionally packaged and padded to prevent transit damage.
  • Fragile or high-value items (like X-ray tubes) are packed using industry-standard materials and procedures.

Shipping Costs

Due to the complexity and variability of shipping PET/CT equipment and components, we do not display prices or calculate shipping costs directly through our website.

Here's how it works:

  • All parts listed on our store require a direct inquiry.
    This allows us to provide the most accurate and cost-effective pricing based on:
    • Item size and weight
    • Delivery location
    • Shipping method (standard or freight)
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    Once we receive your inquiry, we will review the requested item(s) and provide:
    • A final item price
    • A shipping or freight quote
    • Estimated delivery timeline
  • Freight orders: Due to the size and sensitivity of many PET/CT parts, freight services are often required. We will coordinate the logistics and provide a freight quote before shipment.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the box and contents immediately.
  2. Save all packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

NOTE: Please ensure you have a valid RA number before shipping. Parts sent without RA numbers may be processed incorrectly or may not be eligible for credit under our Warranty Policy.
