- Custom or special-request items may require additional handling time—this will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via FedEx or freight carriers, depending on the size, weight, and sensitivity of the part.
- Expedited shipping options are available upon request (additional charges may apply).
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.
Packaging & Handling
- All items are professionally packaged and padded to prevent transit damage.
- Fragile or high-value items (like X-ray tubes) are packed using industry-standard materials and procedures.
Shipping Costs
Due to the complexity and variability of shipping PET/CT equipment and components, we do not display prices or calculate shipping costs directly through our website.

- Freight orders: Due to the size and sensitivity of many PET/CT parts, freight services are often required. We will coordinate the logistics and provide a freight quote before shipment.

Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the box and contents immediately.
- Save all packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
