🛠 Warranty Policy

All parts sold by Marquis Medical are covered under a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. This warranty protects against defects or malfunctions and is valid only under the following conditions:

Warranty Terms:

• A valid RA (Return Authorization) number for warranty use must be requested within 90 days of the original shipment date.
  • Request a Return Authorization Number Here to initiate a warranty claim.
• Warranty credit is only issued if a warranty replacement part is ordered.
• Returns without a reorder are not eligible for credit.
• Returned warranty parts must be received within 15 days of the replacement part's ship date.
  • Returns without a warranty RA number will be processed as exchanges, and no credit will be issued.
• All warranty claims undergo technical validation. Credit is issued only on approved claims.

Exclusions:

This warranty is void if: 

• The serial number or security features are removed or altered
• The product is altered in any way
• Failure results from accident, abuse, misapplication, or Acts of God
